The foam retains the additive until it wears down. This activates the additives in the foam making the stickiness of the foam material increase. The keeper can soak the glove in warm water for up to one hour before the game, and then again at half time. Because of the additives, this foam is also longer lasting than our softer foams. This palm is excellent in both wet and dry conditions. The combination of these two styles brings the best of both.
